§ 05Terms
How it's paid.
The full rate card lists every service.
- 1.Every site runs on a care plan, which covers hosting. Care plans are month to month from go-live and end on 30 days' written notice.
- 2.Included update hours reset each month and don't carry over.
- 3.Essential is paid in full at signing. Professional and Custom are paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch.
- 4.Cancel a Professional or Custom build before design starts and the deposit covers it; after that, the order form sets what is owed at each stage.
- 5.A major revision is any change that takes more than an hour.
- 6.On exit we transfer your domain and export your content. The template and code stay ours, licensed while your plan runs, and the listing feed stops.
