Inbound and outbound calls log to the contact. The recents list filters to inbound, outbound or missed, and narrows to a day or an agent; missed includes no-answers and busy signals.
05.3
A recorded call is transcribed and summarized onto the contact's timeline, and a failed transcription is never presented as a transcript. Voicemail is transcribed too, with unheard messages first and search across the transcripts.
05.4
