Records are contacts plus companies plus properties. A property counts as two — addresses take the most cleanup.

§ 02How it runs

Nothing loads until you've seen it.

Every engagement follows the same five steps, and the dry run comes before the final price.

    We look at what you have: how many files, which systems they came from, and what a clean result means to you.

  2. Our team

    Step 2: Dry run on your files

    We map and clean a pass of your real data and show you exactly what would load — before the final quote.

  3. You

    Step 3: Your sign-off

    You approve the field map and the result. One round of corrections is included.

  4. Our team

    Step 4: The load

    Contacts, companies and properties load into your account, linked to each other.

  5. You

    Step 5: Verification report

    Counts, exceptions and anything we couldn't load, in writing. You accept it and the job is done.

§ 03Scope

What's in the package, and what isn't.

Included

  • A scoping call and a dry run on your own files before the final quote
  • Duplicate, formatting and address cleanup on the files you provide
  • Field mapping you approve before anything is loaded
  • One round of corrections after the dry run
  • A verification report when the load is complete

Quoted separately

  • Custom fields beyond the agreed map
  • Deals, activity history and attachments
  • Comps (quoted separately; every imported comp is tagged with its import batch as its source, never given an invented citation)

§ 04Terms

How it's paid.

Work outside a package bills at $150 an hour, quoted first. See the full rate card.

  1. 1.Records are contacts plus companies plus properties. A property counts as two records — addresses take the most cleanup.
  2. 2.Turnaround runs from the day complete files arrive.
  3. 3.Starter is paid in full at signing. Standard and Large take a 50% deposit, credited against the balance due when you accept the verification report. The deposit becomes non-refundable once the dry run is delivered.
  4. 4.Reloads after acceptance bill at the professional-services rate, two-hour minimum. Loading records created since the first import costs 50% of the package.
  5. 5.More records or files than Large: quoted after the dry run.
  6. 6.You confirm the data you supply is accurate and lawfully sourced.
