Product

What TAP CRM does today.

Six workflows, each shown in the real product with fictional records. All of it is in daily use at TAP CRE.

Everything here is in daily use at TAP CRE today, and every seat includes all of it. Accounts are set up by hand, and your written terms come before anything is billed.

Workflows

01 Today

Start with what needs you.

The Today view ranks the work across your book: contract deadlines, calls to return, tasks due and drafts waiting for review.

  • Deadlines and tasks ranked by urgency
  • Calls to return, with the context one click away
  • Drafts that need a person before anything goes out
Exh. 01 — Today
TAP CRM Today view for a fictional agent: an inspection deadline due today on a sample industrial deal, a tour at 2:30 PM and tasks ranked by urgency, each with Open, Complete and Snooze actions.

02 Deals

Work each deal on one page.

Board and list views for the pipeline, and a workspace for every deal with its stage, parties, dates and transaction checklist.

  • Pipeline by stage, as a board or a list
  • Parties, dates and checklist on the deal record
  • Linked to the property and the people on it
Exh. 02 — Deals
Deal workspace for a fictional listing at 2400 Sample Industrial Drive: Under Contract stamp, contract price, a closing checklist three of eight complete, and the buyer, seller and title contacts.

03 Contacts

Know who you're talking to.

Every contact shows the deals they're on, the properties they own, their Gmail threads and their calls — and every inquiry gets an owner and a response clock.

  • Deals and properties on the contact
  • Gmail threads synced to the record
  • Lead Desk: an owner and a clock for each inquiry
Exh. 03 — Contacts
Contact record for a fictional seller, Morgan Sample of Lakeside Holdings Example: contact details, recorded channel restrictions, the next task and the properties and deals linked to them.

04 Listings

Market from the property record.

Flyers and offering memorandums start from the property record and export to PDF and PowerPoint. A listing can't go public without a recorded listing agreement, and a client document won't print a comp price that can't name its source.

  • Flyer editor with print-ready PDF export
  • Offering memorandum builder, PDF and PowerPoint
  • Listing-agreement gate and source-cited comps
Exh. 04 — Listings
Flyer editor for a fictional industrial property: page list on the left, a preview of the financial and lease summary page with cap rate, NOI and price per square foot, and layout choices on the right.

05 Phone

Calls land on the record.

Make and take calls in the browser. Calls log to the contact, and recorded calls are transcribed and summarized on the timeline. Voicemail and missed calls sit in the phone desk.

  • Browser calling from the record
  • Recorded calls transcribed and summarized
  • Voicemail and missed-call history

Needs a phone plan for your brokerage's numbers — an add-on that isn't available for new brokerages yet.

Exh. 05 — Phone
Phone desk showing recent calls with fictional contacts, call durations, missed calls and recorded, transcribed calls, each with Call again and Details actions.

06 Assistant

Drafts wait for a person.

The assistant reads and updates your CRM records when you ask it to. Anything it prepares for a client is a draft until someone on your team approves it.

  • Works on your live records, not a copy
  • Prepares drafts; a person approves them
  • No message is sent on its own
Exh. 06 — Assistant
Review queue of machine-prepared drafts awaiting approval, including an email summarizing an inspection response for a fictional buyer, with Approve, Edit, Reject and Ask actions.
