Five steps, and you know who does each one.
- You
Step 1: Tell us about your brokerage
A short form that goes to a person on the TAP CRM team. No account is created automatically.
- Together
Step 2: A working call
We talk through your seats, your book and the data you have today, and walk you through the product.
- You
Step 3: Sign the order form
Seats, price and start date in writing. Nothing is billed before you sign.
- Our team
Step 4: Setup and your first load
We set up your users and roles and load your contacts and companies from our import template.
- Together
Step 5: Working alongside you
You work directly with the people who build TAP CRM while your team puts its deals, contacts and listings on the record.
§ 02Before setup
What to have ready.
Who's on the team
Names, emails and roles, so we can set up access: who sees the firm and who sees their own book.
Your contacts and companies
On our import template — one load is included in setup.
Your active deals and listings
The ones you're working now, so live work moves onto the record first.
Your Google Workspace
If you want Gmail threads and Drive files on your records, each user connects their own account.
§ 03The setup fee
What the setup fee pays for.
Account setup & onboarding
$500 once
- Setting up your brokerage's account, users and roles
- One load of your contacts and companies from a file you prepare on our import template
- Hands-on help getting your team working in TAP CRM
Cleanup, de-duplication, properties and anything beyond one template load are the separate Data cleanup & import service. See the packages.
Bigger or messier data? The data cleanup & import packages start after a dry run on your own files.
§ 04Support
Who you talk to.
While you get started you work directly with the people who build TAP CRM, by email and by phone. There's no ticket queue between you and the person who can change the product.
Support hours and response times are written into your order form. We don't publish a response-time promise on this site.
