- Is there really no platform fee?
- No. There is no per-brokerage monthly charge underneath the seat price. You pay per agent, and that is the base bill.
- Is there a seat minimum?
- No. A one-agent shop pays for one agent. There is no floor you have to buy your way up to before the product is available.
- Is AI usage billed on top of Pro?
- No. The assistant, document intelligence and generation are included in Pro. Usage is metered internally per brokerage so spend stays visible and capped, but it is not a line on your bill.
- How do the add-on packages get billed?
- Phone, Email and Website are usage-based and billed on top of the base plan. Each is enabled independently, so a brokerage that does not want a hosted site never sees that line.
- Can we start on Starter and move up?
- Yes. The plan split is enforced per brokerage on the server, and moving between plans does not migrate or re-key any data — it is the same records either way.
