§ 06Product · Assistant & review

An assistant that works on your live records, and can't reach a client without you.

Press ⌘J on any page and ask. It reads and updates your actual CRM records, knows which record you're looking at, and turns anything meant for someone outside the firm into a draft a person approves.

Exh. 06 — Assistant & review
Review queue of machine-prepared drafts awaiting approval, including an email summarizing an inspection response for a fictional buyer, with Approve, Edit, Reject and Ask actions.

How assistant & review works

06.1

It knows where you are.

⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows) opens the assistant on any page, already aware of the record in front of you. A full-page view keeps your history and uploads.

06.2

Reads freely, writes carefully.

It searches records, summarizes the pipeline, finds stale deals and quiet contacts, matches buyers to properties and checks compliance gates. It creates and updates contacts, deals, properties and tasks, logs activity and adds comps with their citation fields. Closing a deal through the assistant takes an explicit confirmation.

06.3

Anything outward is a proposal.

Anything that would leave the firm comes back as a proposal a person must approve. Drafts — emails, seller updates, marketing copy, opinion-of-value narratives — wait in a review queue ordered by recorded deadline and priority, each linked to the records it's based on.

  • Approve, edit inline, reject, or ask it to refine the draft
  • Approving an email draft doesn't send it
  • Your own queue, or the whole office's
